Returns We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original condition — not damaged. Used items are accepted as long as they are undamaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us through our website with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
